| Ammunition will release a lot of heat energy at the moment of explosion,resulting in thermal damage effect.There are certain rules between the thermal effect and temperature field distribution.It is of great significance to analyze the thermal damage effect and temperature distribution law of ammunition explosion for ammunition weapon development.However,the explosion power field has the characteristics of fast change rate,high pressure,strong damage and complex electromagnetic radiation,so the general temperature measurement method can not be used for the temperature measurement of explosion field under damage condition.In the process of explosion temperature measurement,due to the limitation of low-frequency characteristics of electrical measurement method,it is impossible to accurately obtain the relevant data of maximum power explosion field temperature,which leads to poor test effect and uncertainty of test results.Therefore,the temperature measurement technology of explosion power under damage condition is proposed.In this paper,the temperature measurement method of explosion field under damage condition is studied,and the temperature measurement model based on colorimetry is established;the temperature measurement method of explosion field based on high-speed photography is constructed;the RGB component model of digital image used for temperature measurement is studied;the digital image processing of explosion field is studied;the algorithm and program related to image processing are designed.This paper compares the principle of thermal radiation temperature measurement and colorimetric temperature measurement in the temperature measurement of explosion power field,simulates and builds the temperature acquisition system of explosion power field,and carries out a series of work such as data analysis and image processing with MATLAB as auxiliary tool.Through the test and test of the simulated temperature field,the temperature data of explosion power field are analyzed,and the intensity field distribution of the fireball surface in each stage of the explosion temperature field is obtained.The frame rate of the collected video is extracted,and the duration of the whole explosion process is obtained through the calculation of fireball characteristics.The constructed flame radiation field imaging model and colorimetric temperature field test model are verified.The relevant experimental data are obtained,The test accuracy of explosion temperature field is verified and lays a solid foundation for further research. |
