In some demanding high temperature measurement occasions, on the one hand, requiring that the accuracy of the temperature measurement is not affected by the unknown of the surface emissivity and the influence of complex medium in the measuring path; on the other hand, requiring that it can obtain the the entire temperature field of analyte, to avoid being measured bulky error due to the partial oxidation. Since single point colorimetric thermometer and monocular surface formation radiation thermometer can not meet the requirements of the above two points at the same time, its application has great limitations. In order to meet the requirements of the above two points at the same time, this thesis proposes a colorimetric thermometric algorithm using binocular array CCD for high temperature and system implementation.This thesis is based on the colorimetric temperature measurement theory, on the basis of analyzing the optical characteristics of CCD area array,set up the binocular plane array CCD colorimetric temperature measuring model,and get the colorimetric temperature measurement formula that showing two CCD pixels of analyte gray ratio and corresponding bin colorimetric temperature measurement. To verify the formula, the thesis design a temperature measurement system based on DM643, concretely it has the following contents:1) The designing of the CCD image acquisition circuit and dual wavelength selection. Using ICX424AL as image sensor, using AD9995 as timing drive and analog front end, output RAW images; Comprehensively considering the CCD response range, slab radiation range and atmospheric window, this thesis selects 0.82 and 0.93 as the double color wavelength.2) The hardware design of DM643 core board. DM643 core board design external extended memory (SDRAM, FLASH), EMAC transceiver controller circuit and the core of DM643 and I/O power supply.3) The designing of DM643 core board’s control software. System control software design is mainly divided into three functional modules:the CCD image acquisition module, DM643 core board module and Windows application module. AD9995 sequence configuration is the core of the CCD image acquisition module; DM643 module implements dual core board 12bit RAW image acquisition and Ethernet transmission; Windows application module can display and processing the image acquisited by system.4) DSP algorithm implementation of colorimetric temperature measurement model. Make image redundancy, to get effective image by denoising, finally through data conversion, using DM643 achieveing the colorimetric temperature measuring formula. In order to improve the system’s efficiency, this paper optimize the DM643 control algorithm.After system double lens adjustment is completed, calibrating system using blackbody furnace, obtaining meter factor. Finally, the design of the colorimetric temperature measurement method and temperature measuring system is verified and summarized, achieving detailed validation data and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of this system.
