The thesis task is a part of the project of 500MHz random sampling wideband digital storage oscilloscope. The oscilloscope's real time sampling is up to 500Msps, and equivalent sampling up to 40Gsps. SOC utilizes IP core technology to integrate the function of a system in a chip. It makes the instrument miniaturize and designing simple. The task of this subject is to integrated the Time basic circuit, control module and interface circuit to the a Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) and make it working as a data gather . Time basic circuit use FPGA phase locked Loop (PLL ) that offer design mainly with them; The control circuit is formed by several registers designed within FPGA; The interface circuits include the PCI interface of the master controller, the interface of A/D converter and interface (HPI ) of the association processor. The digital signal processor (DSP ) is a kind of microprocessor which is specially used to deal with the digital signal .The special hardware structure and operation order , make DSP can algorithms of processing of different digital signal. In order to strengthen the capacity of gathering and dealing with the data, a DSP chip was used as a association processor of the master controller in the system of this subject scheme. This part of job is a test, its'result will be valuable to the follow-up design.
