Air-light hydrocarbon mixing gas is a new type of gas.On the existing domestic natural gas stoves,the combustion performance of air-light light hydrocarbon gas and different blending ratios varies,affecting its safety and popularization and application.This paper takes 12T natural gas stove as the object and establishes the corresponding physical model of combustion area.The thesis takes the 12T natural gas stove as the object,establishes the corresponding physical model of the combustion zone,and uses the FLUENT software to simulate and analyze the safety and thermal performance of the normal and stable combustion of the natural gas stove.The combustion simulation calculation was carried out for the air-light hydrocarbon mixing gas with the proportion of natural gas and light hydrocarbon of 23%,30%,40%and50%respectively,and the combustion temperature field,CO concentration field and the thermal efficiency of natural gas stove were obtained.The safety of CO concentration in the flue gas,flame combustion stability,etc.were analyzed,and the thermal performance such as temperature field and thermal efficiency of the natural gas stove were analyzed.The results show that the combustion condition of the air-light hydrocarbon mixing gas with the light hydrocarbon proportion of 40%is similar to that of natural gas on the gas stove,and the CO concentration is 4.9mg/m~3,only exceeds 1%of the national standard requirements,but its safety and combustion performance are similar to natural gas.In order to obtain the combustion parameters of the air-light hydrocarbon mixing gas with better safety performance,the combustion process simulation calculation was carried out under different gas supply pressures and different primary air coefficients,and a better parameter combination was obtained:the gas supply pressure was 2000Pa,the primary air The coefficient is 0.75,and the proportion of light hydrocarbons is 40%.The air-light hydrocarbon mixing gas burns on the natural gas stove to achieve the CO concentration and the highest thermal efficiency.The completed combustion simulation research results of the air-light hydrocarbon mixing gas in domestic natural gas stoves provide a valuable theoretical reference for the safety of air-light hydrocarbon mixing gas household use and the promotion of new gas.
