In order to make full use of water resources,the number and scale of reservoir construction in our country are expanding.According to the statistics of the Ministry of water resources in 2017,98795 reservoirs of various types have been built in China,with a total storage capacity of 9053.5 billion cubic meters.The number of reservoirs in China has ranked first in the world.Because of the large number of reservoirs in China,some of them are in the state of operation with diseases due to the factors such as too long operation time and limited maintenance conditions.There are many factors affecting the progress management in the reinforcement project of reservoir danger elimination,such as flood season,cross construction,construction environment,etc.,which lead to the complexity of the progress management of the reinforcement project of reservoir danger elimination.Therefore,this paper takes the reinforcement project of reservoir a as an example to study its progress management.Based on the research background of project schedule management,this paper constructs the research ideas and framework.The research on the progress management of reservoir reinforcement project can enrich the research results of the progress management of reservoir reinforcement project,and provide useful reference for the progress management of other similar reservoir reinforcement project.Through combing and summing up the relevant research status at home and abroad,grasp the cutting-edge information in this research field.Based on the related theory of project schedule management,the earned value method,curve comparison method,key route method and other management methods are used as the basis and method of this paper.Then it introduces the reinforcement project of reservoir a,analyzes the current situation of its progress management after understanding the basic situation of reinforcement project of reservoir a,analyzes the problems and causes of the current progress management of reinforcement project of reservoir a from the four dimensions of goal,technology,quality and responsibility,and then through the structural decomposition of reinforcement project of reservoir a,advances its work responsibility The row matrix assignment,carries on the preparation to the project schedule.Taking the lining concrete pouring progress management of the upstream connection section as an example,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the project progress management,and reasonably adjusts the progress management by using the bar chart,S-shaped curve and earned value method to ensure the completion of the project as scheduled.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the progress management of reservoir a reinforcement project,so as to ensure the effectiveness of the progress management of reservoir a reinforcement project and the timely completion of the project. |
