| Water is the source of life,and water conservancy is the lifeline of national development.Ensuring the operation and management of water conservancy projects is an important link in ensuring people’s lives.Small reservoirs have various functions such as flood control,aquaculture,power generation,and drought resistance,and are the main guarantee for the development of agriculture in China.In the new era,due to the lack of effective governance,a large number of small reservoirs in China are at long-term risk,and many construction enterprises have imperfect risk management systems.Therefore,to solve these problems,it is necessary to carry out construction risk management for small reservoir reinforcement projects.This article combines existing literature and the actual situation of Wulidun Reservoir in Lanzhou City,and uses literature research and brainstorming methods to identify the construction risk factors of small reservoir reinforcement projects.From five categories of construction schedule risk,quality risk,cost risk,safety risk,and technical risk,a construction risk evaluation index system for small reservoir reinforcement projects is constructed,By establishing the ISM-FAHP model to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the construction risks of small-scale reservoir reinforcement engineering projects,the ISM model is used to divide the risk levels,divide the risk factors into three levels,and then use the FAHP model to construct a judgment matrix,calculate the weights of each factor and the risk levels of each level.Finally,based on this,the Wulidun Reservoir reinforcement engineering project in Lanzhou City is introduced,The judgment matrix constructed by FAHP model passed the consistency test.Then,the risk level in the construction project was scored by questionnaire survey and Delphi method method.After calculation and analysis,the level and weight of risk factors were obtained.The research conclusion found that the risks of construction management,inadequate education and training of operators,rising labor costs,rising material costs,and safety awareness are relatively high,which have a significant impact on the construction risk factors of the Wulidun Reservoir Reinforcement Project in Lanzhou City.Based on the evaluation results,this article proposes effective risk response methods and guarantee measures for construction risks.The research results of this article have a certain guiding role in the risk management of small reservoir reinforcement engineering construction. |
