Thermal pipe network is an important part of energy system of many petrochemical and iron and steel enterprises.It can effectively and reasonably monitor and manage the operating parameters of thermal pipe network,which is of great significance to the safety production and energy saving and consumption reduction of enterprises.Due to the complex and diverse structure of thermal pipe network,the crisscrossing of pipelines,and the installation of a variety of equipment on the pipelines,the pipelines’ information management is difficult.The optimization of energy efficiency and the information management of pipe network in petrochemical and iron and steel enterprises have become two urgent problems to be solved.In view of the above situation,this thesis has completed the research and design of thermal pipe network efficiency analysis and management system.First of all,this thesis expounded the research background and significance of the subject,and introduced the research status at home and abroad,and determined the software architecture and key development technologies of the system through the analysis of system requirements.Secondly,this thesis proposed the overall technical scheme of the system,and divided the functional modules of the pipe network system into user management,pipe network deterioration working condition monitoring,pipe network information management,and pipe network energy efficiency analysis.It also completed the system database design,including the construction of E-R diagram and the design of database table.Thirdly,considering the characteristics of the interaction between hydraulic and thermodynamic calculation parameters of the pipe network,this thesis used the hydraulic and thermodynamic coupling calculation method to conduct theoretical analysis on the pipe network for making the calculation results more accurate.Fourthly,this thesis completed the design and development of each functional module based on.net technology on the basis of the theory of coupling hydraulic and thermal calculation,and realized the functions of pipe network deterioration working condition monitoring and energy efficiency analysis.Finally,the thesis tested the thermal pipe network software system,and the test results showed that all functions of the system can operate normally.The operation results meet the expected requirements.Thermal pipe network energy efficiency analysis and management system can meet the needs of staff of pipe network management.It can improve the production efficiency of petrochemical,steel and other enterprises,and reduce the production cost of enterprises.It has a positive significance to energy saving and emission reduction.
