With the rapid improvement of living standard,.people’s demand for the indoor heat supply comfort level is continually increasing.The heating companies had done their best to meet customs’ needs,meanwhile they began to respond to the national "energy-saving emission reduction" policy and focused on saving energy resources and improve the efficiency of enterprises,it is necessary to monitor the network and establish an accurate simulation model for centralized network.On the basis of completely investigating the business processes and analysing the requirement,we have designed the function module design and database design for the heating network monitoring system.The system we have developed based on the Visual Studio 2010’s object-oriented programming language C#and SQL Server 2008.This paper has introduced the designing and developing procedure and modular structure for the system.The system include adequate function,such as data processing and storage,real-time parameter curve display,historical parameter curve display,the query of historical data,duty management,power distribution,personnel management and other function.In the part of system’s realization,three-tier C/S structure is used,which makes system user-friendly and has better expansibility and reliability.For a single source of indirect heating system,spatial network topology is established by heat source,heat exchanger station,water supply pipe network and backwater pipe network.According to the graph theory and other law we can get the hydraulic model,and through it we can calculate the pipe flow,pressure drop and water flow speed.On the basis of hydraulic model calculation we can establish the thermal calculation model by thermodynamics and fluid mechanics knowledge,and through it we can calculated the node temperature and exit temperature of heat exchanger station.We give a specific solution for the hydraulic model and thermal calculation model and give an concrete example according to the actual condition,and compared with previous models.An example for the design model in this paper and the establishment,through the analysis of different modes of regulation of the comparison,find out the rules and the advantages and disadvantages,through experiment and analysis of the network gives the comprehensive regulation of the specific program,and achieved good results. |
