With the progress of the times,tribology is developing continuously.In the process of gear design,designers pay more attention to the influence of friction factors in order to prolong the life of gear and reduce noise.In the process of traditional tribological properties research of gears,experimental methods are usually used to study the tribological properties of gears,but the experiment wastes a lot of manpower and material resources.With the progress of computer technology,the current gear tribology research usually adopts the combination of virtual simulation technology and experiment,because the virtual simulation technology can supplement the problems that cannot be solved by experiment.For example,for the measurement of stress and temperature,only the stress and temperature at a certain point can be obtained through experiments,while the stress field and temperature field can be obtained through finite element simulation analysis.In this paper,the virtual simulation technology is applied to study the tribological properties of the universal single-stage bevel gear by means of dynamic and static simulation analysis,so as to provide theoretical reference for the optimal design of bevel gear.The main content includes the following aspects:1.Using the dynamics software ADAMS,the dynamic simulation model of bevel gear is established to analyze the change of positive pressure and friction force of bevel gear at different speeds.2.Finite element static analysis of bevel gear teeth was carried out by using ANSYS Workbench,a finite element analysis software,to simulate and calculate the stress field at different rotational speeds and meshing positions.Through analysis,the change trend of equivalent contact stress and equivalent bending stress of bevel gear at different meshing positions was firstly increased and then decreased.3.ANSYS Workbench finite element software was used to study the temperature field of bevel gear and analyze the distribution rule of temperature field of bevel gear under different rotating speed.It was found that the temperature of bevel gear increased with the increase of rotating speed,and the growth trend was slow and then increased.4.Will get the load spectrum of the dynamic analysis of the generation in the finite element analysis software of stress field and temperature field and stress field and temperature field obtained by statics analysis contrast,due to the dynamics to simulate the real motion state,so the dynamic simulation of stress field and temperature field will be more real reflect the actual situation in the process of bevel gear meshing.
