Design Technology And Application Of Gear Transmission System Based On Knowledge Engineering

Product design technology based on knowledge engineering is a new method to realize the intellectualization of product design process and the automation of decision process.After years of development,the technology has been widely used and made great progress in the design and development of mechanical products in the engineering field.However,there are still some problems in this technology,such as the failure to fundamentally realize the extensive reuse of knowledge,the high operational requirements of the existing knowledge engineering software system to the designer,and the difficulty in changing the design knowledge in the system.Aiming at the current problems existing in the product design technology based on knowledge engineering,this paper proposes the process customization design technology based on knowledge engineering,and develops the process customization design system based on knowledge engineering.The system can express the design knowledge of the product through the method of customized visual flow chart,and can realize various functions such as variable calculation,chart query,logical judgment and so on.According to the design knowledge of gear drive system,the flow chart is customized in the process customization design system.Through the reasoning of design knowledge,the structure and size parameters of gear parts are obtained.Based on knowledge fusion technology,parametric template of part model is constructed in 3d modeling software,which enables the model to carry out complex structure and size transformation.The integration of the process customization design system and the 3d modeling software is realized through the secondary development,so that the parameters calculated by the system can be transferred to the 3d modeling software to drive the parameterized 3d model.The design method of gear transmission system based on knowledge drive and process customization is applied to the design of reducer.The application of process customization design technology based on knowledge engineering in reducer gear drive system reflects the application of this technology in product design,which can improve the inheritance and reuse of design knowledge,reduce work intensity and time,and improve design efficiency.It is proved that the technology has strong practicability in product design.
