Research On Parts Process Reusing Method Within Mass Customization Environment

With the high speed development of economy, the market environment ofenterprises is more and more complicated. The globalization of the internationalcompetition, diversification and personalized customer demand put forward higherrequest to manufacturing enterprise products. Therefore, the leading of manufacturingenterprise market has changed from the seller to the buyer. The mass customizationmode of production arises at the historic moment. Mass customization mode ofproduction improve the ability of manufacturing enterprise’s market coping, and satisfythe customer time reduction, diversification and personalized product demand in acertain extent. However, the mass customization mode enterprises face the productvariety, the hard task of production, the more dynamic changeable process, the morechangeable production process, the lower production object repeat rate and so on, thesecharacteristics brought huge challenges to the enterprise technological design workparts. Then the traditional process design schemes are starting from scratch,accumulation of process knowledge and technology formulating experience reuse rate islow in the enterprise, and these serious influence enterprise production managementlevel enhancement. Therefore, in order to ensure the effective operation of the enterpriseand produce more economic benefit, it is urgent need to get accurate parts processdesign with the way of high efficiency and low cost.According to the characteristics of production system under large-scale productionmode this paper put forward the general requirements for reuse parts process under theenvironment of mass customization. Then plan for reuse parts process under masscustomization methods. First of all, relying on parts of the design and manufacturetheory, combining with the parts of the structure and function of the same similar ideas,it defines parts reuse objects——manufacturing unit structure, and structures reusestructure model based on similar parts structure of variant design to manufacturing unit.Second, through the analysis of existing parts of the expression method, this paperanalyzes the characteristics of the existing methods, and puts forward the spare parts ofthe process examples representation model based on ontology; It set up the containsconcept, attribute, relation, relation between attributes and justice, relationship betweenthe five elements rules parts and parts domain ontology technology process ontologyknowledge base, and establish the representation method for spare parts of the process example the based on ontology. Again, make analysis and examples of the principlesand parts retrieval elements premise, in order to ensure the effectiveness and accuracyof the retrieval, was put forward based on the process of similar parts example retrievalmethod respectively from the type, shape characteristics, parts and precisioncharacteristics material features four aspects to the comprehensive investigation thesimilarity of parts. By combining the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process tostudy the parts case retrieval four key elements of the weights of the feature set. Then,according to the requirements of the modified parts process examples, the paper putsforward the modified parts example method and modification process. Finally, throughthe case describes the concrete operating processes of the parts of reuse method.
