In order to evaluate the destruction capability of the blast-fragmentation warhead to the target,this paper studied the comprehensive power evaluation and visualization technology of the blast-fragmentation warhead.The modeling method of blast-fragmentation warhead was presented.A computational model of comprehensive power evaluation was established,.The static and dynamic fragmentation visualization was realized.The integrated power evaluation system of the warhead was developed and designed,which has good engineering application value.Based on the analysis of the structure of the warhead,the model of the blast-fragmentation warhead was established by using the method of segment and layer,the algorithm of prefabricated fragments was given,and the database of the blast-fragmentation warhead model was established to store and call the model information,which lays a foundation for the calculation of the power characterization parameters and the comprehensive power evaluation.The calculation models of fragmentation parameters of blast-fragmentation warhead and shock wave power were summarized,and the mass and quantity distribution of fragmentation,the axial distribution of velocity,the axial distribution of dispersion Angle,the dispersion Angle,the radius of kill mass and the calculation of overpressure,specific impulse and positive pressure action time of shock wave could be realized.Considering the parameters of the terminal ammunition(falling velocity,rotating velocity),the dynamic power parameter calculation model was obtained,and the comprehensive power evaluation calculation model was established.Direct X and Direct 3D controls were used to realize the visualization display of the two dimensional and three dimensional model of the blast-fragmentation warhead.The MonteCarlo random number sampling method was used to establish the fragmentation distribution calculation model,and the particle system of Unity 3D software was used to realize the visualization of static and dynamic fragmentation.Through collision detection,the visualization of fragmentation target was realized.Visual Studio 2012 software was used to develop the comprehensive power evaluation system of the warhead,which has the functions of the warhead modeling,power characterization parameter calculation,comprehensive power evaluation calculation and visual display.
