In fuze-warhead simulation, 3D visualization techniques can vividly demonstrate the process of missile target encounter, including fuse detection, warhead detonation, the dynamic scattering and hitting of fragments. By changing the simulation parameters the damage on the target can be calculated and analyzed under different conditions, and then can optimize the parameters design of the fuze-warhead system.Firstly, this paper discussed the OpenGL and its application, applied the skybox and terrain simulation technology to build the background in the simulation system, studied and realized the functions both walkthrough system and viewpoint tracking. Before discussing the target model, this paper firstly analyzed the model information contained in the data file according to the requirements in the visual simulation system. By the comparison of different data format in prototype system, the 3D modeling software and the corresponding data format meet the needs of visual requirement were determined. This paper discussed the XML format when the vulnerability data were analyzed, and developed the 3dMax import plug-in to support the conversion to other formats.During the study of fuze-warhead system model, this paper firstly analyzed the missile target encounter model, including in air and on the slide rail, and then built the general fuze detection starting model and the warhead lethality field model, and analyzed the detonation control strategy of fuse combined with fuze and warhead model, then discussed the damage model. Finally, this paper analyzed the key algorithms during the encounter. This paper developed the fuze-warhead coordination visual simulation software using the Viusal Studio 2010 as the development tool and based on MFC + OpenGL and other programming techniques, and discussed its main functions and applications. |
