Manufacturing is the main strain of the national economy.With the continuous development of industrial technology,intelligent manufacturing has become the development trend of today's era.Digital production line technology is the basis of intelligent manufacturing,which can help factories and major enterprises to predict the design and operation of production lines in advance,so as to effectively improve the operation efficiency of production lines and resources,reduce inventory,and shorten the time to market.In this article we take the impeller machining production line as the research object,and put forward the digital design and simulation method of the production line.Using Plant Simulation software as the main digital simulation platform,through the digital design and optimization of the production line,it has promoted the digitization and automation of the production process,effectively improved the production efficiency of the production line and shortened the development cycle.First of all,on the premise of discussing the research background of this article,the development and research status of digital technology,as well as the meaning and characteristics of digital production line are introduced.Combined with the simulation type and key technology research of digital production line,the research route is formulated.Secondly,based on the principle of digital production line design,combined with the impeller machining requirements,the impeller machining process was planned,and the overall plan was analyzed and formulated according to the relevant requirements of the production line;the facility layout plan for the production line was formulated based on the impeller machining production line construction requirements and actual conditions The preliminary results of the production line layout were obtained from the production line related data using the SLP method;the genetic algorithm was used to optimize the production line facility layout,and the optimized results were obtained by building models and using Matlab programming;using Plant Simulation software to simulate and optimize the production line layout,The result of using genetic algorithm to optimize the layout of impeller processing production line is obtained.Finally,the Robot Studio software was used to establish a production line systemin a three-dimensional virtual environment,and the production line was laid out in three dimensions.In the process of motion simulation,the robot was tested for reachability and trajectory optimization,and a three-dimensional simulation of the optimized path was obtained,which improved the robot.Operation efficiency;using Plant Simulation to simulate the production process of the impeller processing production line,through capacity analysis,balance analysis,bottleneck identification and other operations on the production line,based on genetic algorithm and lean production to optimize the balance of the production line and formulate an optimization plan;The simulation verifies its plan,and achieves the production target of the production line and improves the balance rate of the production line.
