As the largest developing country,China has a huge construction market,and the government's investment in construction is also huge every year.However,corruption in the engineering field has been repeatedly prohibited and caused huge losses to government investment.The case study shows that behind the project corruption lies the corruption collective,namely,the corruption network,which has the characteristics of concealment and strictness of silver ingot.The corruptionists can use the corruption network as the "umbrella" of corruption.The members of the network corrupt through the network resources and rely on the development of corruption.The existence of the corruption network has a certain weakening effect on anti-corruption It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the problem of Engineering corruption network.In this study,the corruption network in engineering is taken as the research object,and the principles and methods of management,social network theory and social dilemma theory are applied to study this problem.The main contents of the study include the following points:first,the static structural characteristics of the corruption network are analyzed by using the social network theory,and the cohesion index of the network is 0.306 based on the empirical analysis,with the middle center as the center The potential is 0.466,indicating that the corruption network is not closely connected,sparse and cohesive,and some actors control the corruption network,that is,there is a"key actor" phenomenon Secondly,the paper analyzes the elements of the corruption network,analyzes the influencing factors of the decision-making of the corruption behavior,and constructs the theoretical model of the corruption network in combination with the social interaction process,puts forward the calculation model framework of the evolution of the corruption network,and constructs the simulation evolution model of the corruption network.The characteristics of network structure are analyzed by simulation.Finally,the evolution of corruption network is divided into network density of 0.031;clustering coefficient is mostly below 0.5;average centrality of point degree is 11.82;intermediary centrality is 307 at the highest and 2 at the lowest.The results show that corruption network is a typical sparse network,and there are "key actors"similar to the static structure characteristics,while the network diffusion process has staged development.Thirdly,based on the theory of network resilience,using the two resilience indexes of network average path and bureau clustering coefficient,the attack effect is evaluated on the basis of the final network of corruption network evolution.In this process,random strike and selective strike are compared.The average path of random strike is finally 3,the average path of point priority is 6.1,the approach priority is 5,the intermediary priority is 3.39,and the selective strike with the change of average clustering coefficient is faster.Therefore,the result shows that the selective strike effect is more significant.In the process of selective strike strategy selection,based on three strategies:point priority,proximity priority and intermediary priority,the results of strike are compared and analyzed.The results show that the point priority attack strategy can reduce the network connectivity more quickly.This research enriches the research on corruption networks,the innovation of this paper is as follows:from the perspective of individual behavior,we simulate the evolution of the whole corruption network,so as to analyze the internal mechanism of the formation of the corruption network,and on this basis,we compare the effects of different attack strategies,so as to lay a solid foundation for choosing the appropriate attack strategies.This research enriches the research of corruption network.The innovation of this paper is as follows:from the perspective of individual behavior,simulate the evolution of the whole corruption network,so as to analyze the internal mechanism of the formation of corruption network,and on this basis,compare the effects of different attack strategies,so as to lay a solid foundation for the selection of appropriate attack strategies.
