After entering a new stage of development, the strategy of rural revitalization has become the top priority of national development, and several documents focus on the key points of developing rural industries and promoting the integrated development of one, two, three rural industries to clarify the importance of industries in rural revitalization.2023 Party Document No.1 proposed the "Talent Plan for Rural Revitalization",and talents have become the key engine for enhancing rural development and promoting modern agricultural economy.talent has become a key engine to enhance rural development and promote modern agricultural economy.Under the guidance of strategic deployment, local governments have tried to attract people and industries to the countryside by intensively putting in policies and strengthening financial investment, and the countryside industries have shown a prosperous scene for a whileThe study of "people" in rural industry has also led to discussions in the academic field.Unlike urban industry, rural industry has the characteristic of "acquaintance".Domestic and foreign research on the agricultural tourism industry is mainly focused on the material level, but less on the "people".Industrial development is mainly promoted and formulated by the government and elites;the studies on rural industry and agro-tourism industry are mostly focused on the development background, development path and industrial operation methods;there is a lack of discussion on the types of actors and individuals at the village level, and there is no close connection between the participants of rural industry construction and social material. Then, how to establish the relationship between "people" and "village industry" ? What are the factors that influence the success or failure of rural industries? What is the scale for studying the topic of "people-rural industry" ?Based on previous studies, this paper introduces the quantitative study of "people" by social network analysis(SNA)in the analysis of rural industries, and combines the concept of heterogeneous networks in actor network theory(ANT)with the application of SNA.The relationship between the success or failure of rural agro-tourism industry and "people" is discussed through qualitative and quantitative analysis of "people" and "non-people" actors at the village level. In this paper,we interviewed a number of actors in the rural agro-tourism industry in H-town and summarized their experiences in the construction of the industry. At the village scale,we analyze in detail the relationship networks of human-nonhuman actors and human-human actors, and the relationship between these networks and the success or failure of the industry. The research methodology is as follows: first, using the definitions of human and non-human actors in ANT,we derive the relationship between human and non-human actors and conduct radar analysis of the characteristics of non-human actors;second, from the perspective of SNA,we use non-human actors as the anchor point to construct the "human actor-non-human actor" network and "human-actor-human-actor" network from the perspective of SNA;third, the three indicators of intermediary centrality,K-core,and Lamdba set were selected to quantify the structural characteristics of human actors and the network;fourth, according to the quantitative results and radar analysis results, the 21 rural industrial actors in H town were classified into six types of structures, including active and stable network structure, active and unstable network structure, inactive and stable structure,semi-active and unstable type,actor-deficient type, and industrial undeveloped rural;and spatial graphical analysis of the spatial correlation of the six types of structures was conducted;finally, qualitative analysis of the six types of network structures was performed. The results show that: firstly,in the radar analysis of non-human actors, they can be divided into balanced,pole-eminent and shrinking types, and villages with successful industries belong to balanced type, while villages with unsuccessful industries are pole-eminent type, and villages with undeveloped industries and missing actors are shrinking type;secondly, the investment behaviors of human actors have high spatial correlation and show spatial aggregation;finally, the comprehensive quantitative analysis of SNA and each village network characteristics are explored,it is clear that the degree of support from actors and the coordination ability of individual investors(groups)have an impact on the success or failure of the industry, and their influence is related to the degree of network stability.Based on the above research, the following conclusions can be drawn:first, actor network theory and social network analysis can be applied to the study of "people" in rural industries;second, the success or failure of rural agricultural tourism industries is related to the relationship network of "people";finally, rural industrial planning can Finally, rural industry planning can consider the social network of "people" and formulate corresponding actor strategies. In this paper, there are three innovations in technical methods, research perspectives and sample analysis: first, technically, the actor network theory and social network analysis framework are improved and applied to the study of rural industrial actors;second, the "human-industry" study is conducted at the village scale, and the network perspective is used to explore different Third, the data analysis is based on a cross-sectional comparison of 21 samples and a dual perspective(subjective and objective, qualitative and quantitative),with subjective scoring analysis of non-human actors and objective description analysis of human actors, quantified indicators to describe the characteristics of actors and qualitative research to analyze individual actors.
