Research On The Spatial Pattern Design Of The Elderly Care Facilities Of The Rural Complex In The Suburb Of The City

Since our country put forward the new urbanization construction,with the continuous improvement of the measures in the fields of medical treatment,employment,housing and other related supporting areas,the rural population began to shift to the city on a large scale.At the same time,the rapid growth of the elderly population in China is developing.In order to cope with the problem of population aging,China has formed the "9073" pension model in the 11 th five year plan.However,with the deepening of China's urbanization and population aging,the high density of urban central space and the increasing hollowing out of rural areas,the quality of the elderly in urban and rural areas has become a serious problem,and the elderly's demand for multi-level pension model has been increasing,while the existing single and lagging pension model in China makes the elderly's pension demand unsatisfied,which makes China Facing the severe challenge of population aging.Nowadays,with the continuous expansion of the urban circle,the regional value of the suburban fringe area has been widely discussed.With the emergence of a series of policies on the sustainable development of rural areas,such as rural revitalization,beautiful rural areas,rural community upgrading,poverty alleviation and so on,how to find a development path with Chinese characteristics in rural areas has attracted more and more attention.These developments have also brought new thinking to the pension industry,which makes us change the inherent thinking mode and shift the planning focus from the city to the suburbs.Pension is no longer a simple care or rehabilitation for the elderly,but more a valuable and dignified living space and lifestyle for the elderly.For this reason,China has issued many policies to support the development of characteristic health care industry.Driven by multiple policies,local governments and enterprises have started the project development of characteristic health care industry,such as health care rural complex and elderly care community.The health care market has ushered in new industrial opportunities and space for renewal and transformation.In this paper,we select the typical suburban health care rural complex pilot project in China for case planning and design analysis,and summarize the overall planning mode and strategy of this kind of space;and select the more mature elderly care apartments,elderly care communities and other cases in recent years to design and compare the elderly care facilities space,and find the general principles and models of this kind of space composition.On this basis,explore the formation of the suburban health care rural complex space for the elderly facilities model design understanding,so that the overall environment to the details of the design,are suitable for the elderly life of high-quality health care space.And combined with the project of the elderly care facilities space in sandefan village,aiming to make full use of the regional value of the suburbs,explore the development path of characteristic health care industry,and find a direction to solve the problem of elderly care in urban and rural areas.It makes the space of elderly care facilities in the suburban health care rural complex become a bridge between urban and rural areas.It not only provides the elderly with an ideal health care space carrier,but also bridges the gap between urban and rural areas to a certain extent.The thesis starts with the current situation and characteristics of China's aging society,analyzes its contradiction with China's urbanization process,and discusses the country's policy support for the characteristic health care industry,thus extending the purpose and significance of the thesis research;Relevant concepts of the old-age facility space of Pension Pastoral Complex,and collation and analysis of domestic and foreign research results;thirdly Chapter through the analysis of the physical condition of the elderly,to understand the needs of the elderly,to compare the existing ways of supporting the elderly in China,so as to clarify the problems of the existing ways of supporting the elderly in China.In the fourth chapter of the paper,the author analyzes and studies the representative cases of the suburban health care rural complex and the elderly care facilities space in China,and explores the model design strategy of the suburban health care rural complex from the aspects of crowd positioning,regional selection,design elements,etc.,to clarify its advantages and characteristics.And combined with the current situation of the village area of sandfan village in Zhangqiu to carry out the scheme design.At the end of the paper,the paper summarizes the research on the pattern design of the elderly care facilities space in the suburb of pension rural complex,and points out the main achievements and shortcomings of the research.This paper discusses the policy background,concept theory,case analysis and summary of the elderly care facilities space of the suburban health care rural complex,and discusses the pattern design ideas of this kind of characteristic health care
