Research On The Design Of Complex Elderly Care Facilities In The Community

With the rapid growth of the aging population,China is about to enter the stage of deep aging.The traditional home care and institutional care are facing great pressure,and the problem of community care needs to be solved urgently.Community compound care facilities for the elderly,the research object of this thesis,belong to a type of care facilities for the elderly,because it relies on the community,has a broad mass base,can assume the function of "community care",and can provide corresponding services for "home care".The existing community elderly care facilities in China have such problems as single function,inconvenient use,single profit model,difficult operation and so on,resulting in the poor quality of most existing facilities,poor use effect,low utilization rate,slow development and other problems.The features of community compound elderly care facilities,such as diversified functions,intensive resources,and carrying the needs of home care and community care,are worthy of further study.Moreover,the relevant research in China is in the initial stage,and the relevant project practice is also relatively scarce.Based on the above background,the author puts forward the hypothesis of the composite design of "elderly care facilities" and "other community service facilities",analyzes the feasibility of the composite design,summarizes the composite model and puts forward the composite design method,so as to solve the existing problems of the community elderly care facilities.This thesis is divided into the following four parts.The first part studies and summarizes relevant theories and practices at home and abroad,and summarizes advanced experience for reference.The second part,taking Jinan City as an example,carries out a survey of community elderly care facilities and elderly community needs for elderly care,and obtains first-hand information and data as the research basis;In the third part,community compound facilities are selected to discuss the compound types of facilities between elderly care facilities and other facilities in the community according to the survey data and design norms,and to summarize the compound mode types,design processes and compound principles.In the fourth part,different types of complex facilities are classified and studied from the aspects of composite space composition,composite space type,spatial layout form and composite space design,and the applicable design methods are obtained.Community complex elderly care facilities design research has many aspects of significance,the author hope that through this article research,in the community complex composite pattern design of the elderly care facilities and composite space design two aspects have certain research results,can be in the future related theoretical research and project practice provide certain enlightenment and reference.
