Measurement and payment are vital links in highway engineering.It is not only related to the economic benefits between the participating units,but also an effective means of controlling the quality,cost and schedule of the project.Because the scale and investment of highway projects are huge,it involves a lot of work including data compilation,approval,and statistical analysis.Relying on traditional measurement and payment methods,it is obviously unable to meet the current demand for refined management of highway engineering projects,because it is not only inefficient,the error rate is high,and the supervision is not strong.Therefore,the thesis proposes a BIM-based reporting platform of measurement and payment for highway engineering,combined with the characteristics and difficulties of highway engineering measurement and payment,BIM technology and information technology.The main research contents and conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the application value and advantages of BIM technology in highway engineering projects,and combine the characteristics of highway engineering project entities with existing BIM modeling software to explore the method of creating BIM management models for highway engineering measurement and payment;Analyze the main business processes and information characteristics in the traditional management system of highway project measurement and payment,and combine the application environment of BIM to sort out the management mode of highway project measurement and payment based on BIM.(2)Based on the Jiuzhaigou(Ganchuanjie)to Mianyang Expressway project in Sichuan Province,this paper conducts a survey and analysis of the platform's needs from a business perspective and a functional perspective through literature surveys and interview surveys to sort out the business requirements and functional requirements of measurement and payment for Jiuzhaigou to Mianyang Expressway project;Combining the results of demand analysis with existing technology support,a platform architecture for BIM-based highway engineering measurement and payment reporting based on the C / S three-tier network architecture model was designed and established.At the same time,according to the classification of functional requirements,the functional module planning of the BIM-based highway engineering measurement and payment reporting platform,including the four functional modules of project management,data management,approval management and statistical analysis.(3)Analyze the functional goals of each functional module,design them in detail,and propose feasible implementation strategies for the key technical points of each functional module in combination with existing information technology,providing a logical basis for the development and implementation of each functional module of the platform.(4)The BIM-based highway engineering measurement and payment reporting platform was applied and analyzed through the Jiuzhaigou(Ganchuanjie)to Mianyang Expressway project in Sichuan Province to verify the feasibility and applicability of the platform.The application of BIM-based highway engineering measurement and payment reporting platform provides guarantee.The application results show that the application of BIM technology in the management of highway engineering measurement and payment can improve the efficiency of information transmission,reduce the lack of information,and facilitate the integrated management of measurement and payment information.The BIM-based reporting platform of measurement and payment for highway engineering has certain application value and application space.
