| Highway engineering measurement and payment system is an important component of engineering construction contract management.It throughout the various stages of highway construction from the feasibility to completion and acceptance stage.The progresses of the construction progress and the utilization of investment benefits are directly affected by its efficienty.Therefore,scientific and efficient measurement and payment system is particularly important to complete the investment in highway construction.However,the existing highway engineering measurement and payment system appears to be stretched when facing the increasingly large-scale highway projects.Thus,based on the trend of future development,a new highway engineering measurement and payment system and its implementation and application are of great importance to the promotion of highway projects,either to better control the construction investment.This article first studies The development status of the measurement and payment system for highway engineering was studied in this research,and then the characteristics and problems of the existing measurement and payment system based on the analysis of the main business content and characteristics of the measurement and payment,and proposes solutions were analyzed.Then combined with the survey results of measurement and payment related specifications and management requirements,the corresponding system requirements are proposed,and the overall functional architecture of the system is constructed.Based on the actual needs of measurement and payment work,combined with the actual work content and process,the system design principles are used to optimize the design of the main functional content and processes of the three core modules of the system: change management,quality control and assurance,and measurement management.Finally,the core functions of the developed system in terms of change management,quality control and assurance,measurement management,etc.are described,and various functional tests are conducted in combination with the actual situation of the application project to show its excellent performance.This system has been applied to the Duyun-Anshun highway project under construction in Guizhou Province.It has shown good results in standardizing the measurement and payment process and improving the efficiency of measurement and payment.It is expected to be popularized in other highway construction in Guizhou province. |
