Research On The Design Of Afforded House Project Based On The Perspective Of Assembly

Housing can be seen as a commodity with social and economic attributes.In housing construction,afforded house is a special case of housing type.The design of the afforded house project reflects the government's emphasis on people's livelihood issues.At the same time,it is a government-led project,and its research significance has certain promotion and promotion effects on social development.This paper combines the Xiamen Yangtang residential area afforded house project,on the basis of understanding the government policy,according to the actual functional requirements,carefully combing the adaptability of economy and function,the operability of construction and progress,and the corresponding design of the project.The chapters of the article are as follows:Chapter 1 expounds the background,object,purpose,significance and method of the subject research;Chapter 2 is the interpretation and summary of related concepts,involving the research history,development process and current situation of the domestic and foreign guaranteed housing projects,and studies the relevant characteristics of the guaranteed housing,and briefly describes them.The national policy of afforded house project and Xiamen's policy of afforded house project,land use guarantee,planning and design methods advocated,and related contents of assembly type;Chapter ? is the construction of Xiamen's afforded house project design strategy,which defines the overall positioning and design principles of the third phase of afforded house project in Yangtang residential area,and at the same time takes "Yang Yang" as the example.The Tang Residential Area Project is a case study.Based on the site status and design conditions of the project,the optimal design scheme is selected.The fifth chapter is the summary of the paper and the prospect of the future,and the problems of the project are analyzed.In this paper,by means of literature review,theoretical research,on-site investigation and practical case design,the afforded house project has been sorted out and studied.This paper applies the literature combing method,theoretical research method,on-the-spot investigation method and actual case design to carry out research on the afforded house project at home and abroad.The third phase of the afforded house project in Xiamen Yangtang Residential Area combines national policies,and the project considers the combination of engineering and technology.Actively promote prefabricated buildings on the basis of the basic national conditions of the country,in line with the current policy requirements advocated by the state,and provide reference for promoting economic development and the integration of the entire construction industry with the international community.It can be used as a "blueprint" to promote the development of prefabricated buildings in Xiamen and surrounding areas.In view of the characteristics of afforded house,integrating standard design and standardized design,government agencies take the lead in promoting the development of fabricated buildings with greater advantages.
