In the past five years,the competition pattern of the global household appliance industry has undergone drastic changes,and the domestic market has formed an oligopoly pattern.They have the courage to invest in innovation and promote transformation and transformation.They have the courage to focus on quality,innovation,delicacy management and destocking.With an eye on the global market,Chinese household appliance brands have made frequent acquisitions and acquisitions.Promote the transformation of Chinese manufacturing to Chinese creation and Chinese products to Chinese brands.In recent years,the household appliance industry has become a hot market concerned by the society and academic circles.This paper proposes that MD group should be positioned as a leader in the household appliance industry.In 2010 in the enterprise strong men DuanWan peak,drive the first stage of the enterprise business transformation,organizational flattening(cut down the secondary industry group),promote the industry's highest principle(the next three years to do industry top 3),such as how to use "leading products,drive efficiency and global management" of the three strategic spindle,gradually build differentiated competitive advantage on the level of products,to build core competitiveness of the enterprise management level.In 2015,I proposed to deepen the transformation:while consolidating the early transformation achievements,I firmly promoted the global industrial layout,including the acquisition of K-UKA,the acquisition of TOSHIBA,the acquisition of Italy Clivet,and the establishment of a joint venture company with electrolux.In the past six years of transformation,MD has ensured 10%growth in scale and a compound growth of over 20%profit.The net cash flow of enterprise operation has increased from-5 billion in 2010 to more than 30 billion in 2016.A series of data is sufficient to prove the effectiveness of operation transformation.The strategic principal axis of MD group in the next five years will continue to be "product leading,efficiency driven and global operation",which will promote the deepening ot strategic transformation.Group strategic positioning this paper takes the development strategic transformation of MD group as the entry point to make case analysis,in order to explore and study the strategic thinking and management of how to 3romote the deepening transformation of China's manufacturing industry.
