With the rapid development of domestic electric power industry,the complexity of material procurement,allocation and supply business of local electric power enterprises has increased greatly.In order to achieve the management efficiency and level of power material allocation,more and more power enterprises begin to use supply chain as the method and strategy of material allocation,and have achieved good results.State Grid Sichuan Material Company is a material supply service enterprise for all power supply companies and affiliated enterprises in Sichuan Province.After adopting the management mode of supply chain service allocation,the company's material supply management level has been greatly improved.However,in terms of supporting business management software,it still relies mainly on the original material management software processing,and there are some problems such as business and software functions do not match,software availability is not high.Therefore,the company put forward the goal of developing the Material Allocation System based on supply chain.Based on the experience of research and development of material allocation information system of State Grid Sichuan Material Company,the paper analyses and studies in detail the functional structure scheme and technical scheme of the system.By using Java Web technology,the system is designed and implemented according to the theory of supply chain management and the company's business needs.Material Allocation Information System is an important tool for the company to manage the material supply of power infrastructure projects.Its internal functions are divided into four aspects: overall management of resources,monitoring and early warning management,daily collaborative management and emergency support management.It is able to cover the company's material supply management business in an all-round way.In the specific research,the paper firstly introduces the related trends of supply chain material allocation management informationization,and according to the system research and development work,collates and elaborates the Java Web technology,MVC mode and database technology selected in the development.Secondly,according to the material allocation and management business of State Grid Sichuan Material Company,the business is classified and analyzed.According to the information management needs of business,the functional development requirements of the system are put forward.At the same time,the performance requirements of the system are explained in combination with the business application environment of the system.Thirdly,according to the function and performance goal of material allocation information system,using Java Web technology,SSM software design pattern,Oracle database,etc.to establish and configure the development environment,the class structure design and logical flow realization of the four functional modules of the system are studied and explained in detail.Finally,combined with the business application objectives of the system,the system is tested and analyzed in the company's internal business environment,and the system is verified from two aspects of function and performance testing.The application of the Material Allocation System studied in the paper can cover all the working processes strictly according to the actual business processes,contents and methods of the material allocation and supply work of the State Grid Sichuan Material Company,improve the overall work efficiency and quality of the material managers,and promote the company's goods.The improvement of the business level of capital allocation management will enhance the competitiveness of Sichuan Network in the whole country.
