Scenic Village Planning Based On Community Symbiosis Development Theory

Scenic villages are the deployment of Zhejiang Province's rural revitalization strategy.The construction concept of Wancun scenic area is based on the context of global tourism,which refers to the production and living scope of the villages,communities with their villagers or residents.The main attractions involve the natural landscape,pastoral scenery,architectural style,historical remains,folk culture,experience activities and special products,with certain public service facilities and tourism supporting services.By discussing the problems of planning and construction in scenic villages,this paper will provide several solutions for hollow villages,landscape homogenization,separation of scenic spots and community functions as well as demand contradictory issues,which has significance value for exploration the rational development of scenic spots and village communities integration as well as the village transformationThis paper will study the development history and the current situation of the villages in the scenic spot which based on a great number of data including rural tourism and the development of scenic spots and community symbiosis.After combined with the previous rural tourism construction experience as well as case research and analysis,the biology symbiotic should be considered into the field of landscape architecture.Based on the challenges which faced by the scenic villages nowadays,this paper will provide several suggestions in planning and construction for scenic villages,which refers to three symbiotic development models of the scenic spots and the communities:cooperative synergy relationship,the partial benefit relationship and the relatively independent relationship.Based on the environmental remediation,policy management and business model transformation elements,this paper will focus on the specific contents including the historical and cultural elements,the traditional village style,the human settlement environment,the development of industrial economy,the creation of village brand,the protection of ecological environment,the leading positions of villagers and clear the protection of important heritage landscapes in order to propose suitable planning and construction methodsThis paper will discuss the specific planning methods as well as the sustainable development possibilities of village communities and scenic spots under the three symbiotic relationship models through the planning practice of the village construction in Tangli Village Scenic Spot in Yongkang City.At last,this paper will reach a conclusion that the planning of the scenic villages need to have a good living environment for the basement,on the basis of the traditional cultural protection in the villages,through the balance of stakeholders' needs,change the traditional way of scenic spot operation,strength the symbiotic development of scenic spots and communities include landscape construction,management methods,and industrial management;break the barriers in the planning and construction of traditional village scenic spots,establish their own village brands and finally achieve a better symbiotic development of scenic villages in Zhejiang province.
