During the spread of Tibetan Buddhism from the inner cultural circle to the outer cultural circle, the Tibetan Buddhist temples in the Hehuang area and the surrounding villages formed a deep and long-term intertwined relationship under a long-term interaction process. The temple-village dependency relationship has a deep historical foundation, and thus forms an interactive connection between"god"and"person".On the one hand, monasteries rely on secular resources to maintain their survival and development, then psychological"blessings"to the village;on the other hand, the village’s dependence on the temple also makes it willing to accept the influence of the temple.Religious beliefs affect people’s consciousness and behavior and are presented through a space carrier. Therefore, the spiritual and material forms between temples and villages have continuously evolved, exhibiting multi-scale spatial characteristics. With the development of the times, the dependence relationship between the temples and villages, has gradually changed. How to continue the traditional sense of religious and cultural belonging in the socio-economic development, and retain the original temple-village form closely linked and symbiotic,is an important issue. This study hopes to study the symbiotic relationship between Tibetan Buddhist temples and villages in the Hehuang region by comprehensively using relevant knowledge of architecture and other interdisciplinary studies, grasp its essential elements and performance characteristics, and reveal its internal evolutionary logic to obtain Tibetan Buddhist temples Enlightenment of symbiotic optimization with villages.First,by narrating the origin and development of the dependence relationship between Tibetan Buddhist temples and villages in Hehuang region, the essential characteristics are analyzed, and this relationship is summarized as"symbiosis".The social and cultural spatial relationship between the temple and the village and the spatial relationship of the building material within the scope of the study are analyzed and specific research cases are determined.Secondly,to find research methods and ideas from theoretical interpretation, taking Wendu Temple and Radai Village,a typical Xunhua County in the Hehuang region as an example, the temple-village symbiosis is divided into symbiotic environments, symbiotic units, and symbiotic models for analysis and research. Finally, combining the religious culture of Tibetan Buddhism, taking Wendu Temple and Radi Village as examples, analyzing the current situation of their symbiosis, and actively exploring the optimization strategy of temple-village symbiosis. It also uses typology and architectural model language theory to explore the symbiosis gene model under"divine space"and"human space",with a view to providing reference theoretical ideas for the symbiotic development of Tibetan Buddhist temples and surrounding villages in Hehuang area.Through the above studies, the following conclusions were finally reached:(1)Based on the temple-village distribution at the macro level, the spatial connection at the micro level, and the internal connection at the religious consciousness level,Tibetan Buddhist temples and villages in the Hehuang area form a close"dependency relationship",that is,"symbiotic",which is mainly affected by temple denominations and temple-village spatial layout.(2)The symbiotic relationship between Tibetan Buddhist temples and villages in the Hehuang area, that is,the symbiotic unit mainly composed of"divine space"and"human space".In the unique symbiotic environment of the Hehuang area, the social and cultural spirit symbiosis model and space area The unique relationship exhibited by the material symbiosis model. This symbiotic relationship expands to the outer circle with religion at its core, and will change due to external and internal factors.(3)Based on the theory of"divine space+human space+event=symbiosis pattern language",the language of the symbiosis pattern of the temple and village can be divided into five levels. The genus-temple relationship is the largest symbiosis level, and the language and level division of this God-human symbiosis pattern can also be applied to the study of the symbiotic relationship between Tibetan Buddhist temples and villages in the entire Tibetan area. |
