Abstract/Summary:
Manufacturing enterprises play an important role in China’s economic development.At present,the loss of key talents in China’s manufacturing enterprises is widespread.Studying the risk of key brain drain in manufacturing enterprises and management strategy can help manufacturing enterprises reduce various losses caused by key brain drain.This paper makes the following discussion and research analysis:Based on the study of relevant literature at home and abroad,the author reviews the literature,then defines"key talents of enterprises",and expounds the relevant theories of human resource management,human resource risk management and human resource risk transmission.Then it analyzes the influencing factors of the risk of key brain drain in manufacturing enterprises,and analyzes it from the four dimensions of key talents’age,gender,education and work experience with the help of the feedback flow diagram in system dynamics.On this basis,it discusses the risk management of key brain drain in manufacturing enterprises from the above four dimensions.In order to make the above qualitative analysis closer to the reality of China’s manufacturing enterprises,this paper then takes Z Enterprise as an example and obtains relevant data in the form of telephone interview,identifies the risk of the loss of key talents in Z enterprise,and analyzes the variance between the four dimensions of the above key talents and the factors of salary,welfare,working environment and development space.In order to make the research results universal,this paper conducted dynamo simulation on key talents in manufacturing enterprises through system dynamics simulation,and obtained the change of the number of key talents in manufacturing enterprises in the process of loss,Then the"Warehouse model"(SIR)is introduced to simulate the transmission of key brain drain risk in manufacturing enterprises,depict its characteristics,and analyze the relevant calculation formulas in the process.In order to effectively control the risk of brain drain of key talents in manufacturing enterprises,set up three-level indicators of risk early warning of key talents in customized modeling Enterprises:B1-B4,C1-C12and U1-U12,then determine the weight vector of indicators at all levels,form a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation index set,construct the subordinate evaluation matrix R,and finally establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of risk early warning,The risk early warning results are divided into five levels:Zero alarm,micro alarm,medium alarm,heavy alarm and dangerous alarm,and the relevant strategies for the risk control of key brain drain are put forward.
