With the rapid development of the intelligent power grids,the grid-connection of a large number of distributions generation leads to the unsteady state of the power in the power grid.On the other hand,the widely use of a large number of non-linear electric equipments cause the dynamic characteristics of the electrical load.The unsteady state of the power load and the dynamic characteristics of the electrical load both can cause dynamic errors in the energy metering.Therefore,improving the accuracy of the dynamic load energy metering becomes a new problem.In addition,although there are some related researches for the dynamic error test of the electric energy meter,it needs further improvement.In this work,I firstly introduce the researches of the test signal model,the electric energy meter error,and the algorithm of the electric energy measurement.Based on load characteristics and modeling principles,the distortion waveform dynamic test signal models are built to reflect the actual dynamic load distortion characteristics and fluctuation characteristics.Secondly,the internal structure and the energy metering algorithm of smart meter are studied in this work.The influence factors of the dynamic load power metering accuracy are also analyzed.Base on the simulation model of the electric energy meter,the factors of the energy metering error of the smart meter are simulated with the dynamic test signal model as the simulation input.This leads to the foundation of the research on accurate metering method of dynamic load electric energy.Thirdly,this paper takes research on the accurate metering algorithm of dynamic load electric energy.A new window function is proposed,and an active power filter is constructed by the window.Using the test signal model as input,the active energy measurement algorithms are simulated.The results show that the new algorithm improves the filtering effect and improves the accuracy of dynamic load energy metering.Finally,this paper establishes the uniform distribution dynamic test signal model,and improves the dynamic load power control and generation device.With the design and development of the Verilog program of the core control panel,the uniform distributed dynamic test signals are generated,and the dynamic error test results are given.
