With the rapid development of China’s smart grid construction and the universal application of power and electronic technology, the dynamic load in actual power system is always increasing. The characteristics of dynamic load are what the instantaneous current fluctuates in a large range, and the output power will change accordingly, causing meter problem that the power measurement of the intelligent electric energy meter appears dynamic error. Therefore, how to test effectively the dynamic error of the intelligent electric energy meter in the smart grid has become a new problem to be solved at present, and received widespread attention of experts and relevant staff at home and abroad.This paper first introduces the characteristics of dynamic load in smart grid, the development status of the test signal and the intelligent electrical energy meter’s dynamic error characteristics testing technology. At the same time, this paper introduces the working principle of intelligent electric energy meter and the general understanding of electric energy meter’s dynamic error, studies and analyzes the time domain and frequency domain characteristics of definitive dynamic load excitation signal, presents the mathematical model of ASK dynamic testing excitation signal, and gives both time domain and frequency domain characteristics of ASK dynamic testing excitation signal.Secondly, this paper designs and develops the testing device of intelligent electric energy meter’s dynamic error based on PIC microchip and programmable logic chip CPLD, including the design of hardware circuit and software program of the testing device, and achieves the ASK dynamic testing excitation signal’s control generation.Finally, this paper builds the intelligent electric energy meter testing system using the developed testing device of intelligent electric energy meter’s dynamic error, standard power source and the standard electric energy meter. On this basis, this paper respectively tests dynamic error of the domestic and foreign energy meter manufacturers manufacturing different types of electric energy meters, and gives the test results. |
