Cost Control Method Of Urban Tunnel Monitoring On Cost Level Analysis

As the city population density increasing,in order to solve the city traffic jam problem,the mileage and the number of urban tunnel around the country is increasing year by year.Unlike other urban infrastructure,urban tunnels have a very special and complex environment.They are often in the city's major transport hub location,as the traffic is large as long as underground space closed environment and the index higher air,noise,humidity in the tunnel,so traffic control and communication is difficult.In order to solve the problem of the urban tunnel operation,and guarantee the traffic safety in the tunnel,and the monitoring system of the urban tunnel emerges as the times require.Urban tunnel project monitoring system needs a comprehensive overall design,computer hardware and software integration in a unified coordinate system,to facilitate the management of centralized and efficient tunnel management.City highway tunnel monitoring system project is roughly divided into development stage and installation stage.The development phase working with the tunnel construction,has free activity duration and difficult activity arrangement.The installation stage needs to be done immediately after the end of tunnel construction activities,with more complicated task and more difficult cost control.Project cost management as an important criterion to measure the performance of project management,its task is to ensure completion of the project in the cost budget.The traditional cost management method used in the complex tunnel monitoring system project has large limitation.This paper aims to put forward a new method of cost management--the overall impact cost control method to solve the tunnel monitoring system development and installation phase of the two problems,analysis and research related algorithms and rules,the activities of the arrangement and cost control.The overall effect of the cost control method is divided into three steps :First,through the activity cost impact analysis by the analytic hierarchy process,get the activity hierarchical model and weight vector of each activity.Then,determine activity arrangement of each route by using the network planning technology.Finally,get cost analysis results by combining weight vector of the overall cost effect and earned value analysis,clear the next step to take the cost control measures to achieve the purpose of reasonable cost control.
