In general,the optical axis deviation of photovoltaic systems caused by many factors,but the parallelism of the optical axis is an important index in the detection of the photoelectric system.In order to guarantee the optical axis parallelism of the optical tracking system in the field experiment(parallelism between the optical axis?0.lmrad),it is necessary to design and manufacture a simple high-precision optical axis adjustment device,adjust and maintain the optical axis of the electro-optical tracking system.Aiming at the requirement of optical axis parallelism measurement of electro-optical tracking system,this paper designs a kind of automatic calibration device test method suitable for outdoor.This device set blackbody,transmission infrared optical system,optieal road turn mirror,micro-computer in one,more convenient than the indoor test equipment,but also integrates a variety of test functions.According to the requirement of the parallelism of the optical axis of the electro-optical tracking system,the parallel method of optical axis parallelism detection of the domestic is studied and analyzed,and analyzes the working principle and data calculation of the optical axis detecting instrument.The working principle of the photoelectric tracking system and the factors that cause the instability of the optical axis are discussed,which provides a theoretical basis for the realization of the outdoor optical axis adjustment device.In order to verify the new design and manufacture of the optical axis calibration device,we use the combination of light-machine-electricity-calculation method,optical path through the optical axis of the optical tracking system can recognize through the mirror refraction,eventually converge and identify in a simple target,and ultimately achieve the parallelism adjustment.This means with the calibration accuracy calibration and testing method indoor optical axis test system of comparison,the text results show that after the use of automatic calibration device calibration photoelectric tracking system is parallel to the axis can be less than or equal to 0.lmrad.At the same time,the instrument is also applicable to other similar system of the optical axis parallelism adjustment and other equipment performance index test,Such as infrared thermography MRTD,NETD other performance tests.
