| Observing and aiming indicator for ground is an important equipment for plane, and its property can influence the ability of detecting and fighting of the plane. This indicator is made up of white light, laser, IR, and low level light system. To make sure that the whole plane can work appropriately, the parallel of the light axis of each system should be guaranteed.According to the multi-optical axis equipment, this paper introduces the design and research of the testing equipment.Firstly, the test principle is studied. Secondly, the component of the equipment to be tested and the test equipment is introduced. On the basis of eye testing, this paper also makes some research and exploit in testing with software, so that a method which uses image studying and processing to calculate the difference of each axis. Finally, test precision is made by experiments and the results is also analyzed.Experiments show that the test equipment fulfills the request of the to-be-tested equipment. |
