The Application Of BIM Technology In The Quality Management Of The New Project Of A-School

The development of the times promotes the development of various industries.In the rapidly rising China,the construction industry has been using the most intuitive perspective to show the changes of the city.The development of the construction industry in addition to people's demand for floors and height,the building quality requirements are also increasing.Construction quality management has become the most concerned topic in the industry.In view of this situation,the method of this study mainly uses literature method and case analysis method,the content of the article is divided into the following parts:First of all,by sorting out the quality management theory of construction project,the content and principle of quality management and the application of BIM technology in the planning,execution,inspection and treatment stages of the project are expounded.This paper chooses several widely used methods of construction project management to elaborate,including causal analysis,total quality management,whole process management and PDCA cycle principle.Thirdly,in view of the main causes of quality problems in the construction process of the first phase of the new project of school a,BIM team was established in the construction process of the second phase of the project,and BIM Technology was applied in the quality management.It applies BIM Technology to prevention and investigation in advance,tracking and recording in the event,inspection and acceptance after the event,fully uses PDCA principle to carry out dynamic control,and finally improves the quality of the teaching building significantly.At last,the effect of the management and control measures proposed and studied in this paper is shown.By applying Bim and PDCA cycle principle and the whole process quality management method to the quality management of the new project of school a,the quality of the new project of school a has been significantly improved.Finally,after adopting the management and control measures put forward and studied in the quality management of the new project in A school,the effect is displayed,and the principle of BIM and PDCA cycle is put forward.The whole process quality management method is applied to the quality management of the new project of A school,which makes the management quality of the new project of school A higher,and also makes the acceptance condition of the new project of school A better after the construction of the new project of school A.The purpose of this study is to clarify the existing problems and management measures for the quality management of new project in A-school,and to probe out the methods and effective measures of the quality management of the construction engineering project.In this study,the content of the construction project quality management is analyzed,the main contents of the BIM and PDCA technical methods are clarified,and the effective way of the quality management of the construction project of the university is explored.Looking at the content of the article analysis and the corresponding optimization strategy,the skill and operation level of the construction personnel can be enhanced,and the overall quality level of the project construction can be improved.
