Knowledge sharing plays a very important role in improving the collaborative level and collective decision-making capability of the integrated project team. However, knowledge sharing of integrated project team faces obstacles causing by a lot of factors, which makes the sharing process cannot go through smoothly by itself. Therefore, knowledge sharing is important but difficult for the integrated project team.Knowledge sharing is dynamic process including macro and micro levels, and the evolutionary game theory combines individual game decision-making and group evolutionary dynamics, applicable to the study of knowledge sharing. Therefore, this paper focuses on the factors of knowledge sharing within integrated project team, based on the evolutionary game theory.Based on the previous literature, this paper summarizes direct revenue, collaborative revenue and cost as the factors of integrated project team member's knowledge sharing decision-making.Further study on these factors shows some factors can influence integrated project team member's knowledge sharing decision-making.Further study on the willingness to share knowledge demonstrates factors including team member, members' relationship and team can influence the willingness to share knowledge. Therefore, this paper summarizes the factors of team member's knowledge sharing decision-making.Based on that, this paper constructs evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing of symmetric and asymmetric groups within the integrated project team, and analyze local stability of the model. The result demonstrates that factors of team member's knowledge sharing decision-making are also the factors of integrated project team's knowledge sharing.
