The number of elevator installed and used in modern life is increasing.With the increasingly use of elevators,elevator accidents can also happen frequently.Among them,elevator wire rope plays an important role as the direct part of carrying all the load and pulling cage.Elevator wire rope is one of the highest frequency components of elevator accidents,in the use of process,there will have wire broken,wear,rust and other faults,even because of improper installation will suddenly appear wire rope fracture.Therefore,the inspection of elevator wire rope becomes very important.This topic investigates the status quo of wire rope testing at home and abroad.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different wire rope testing methods,combined with the mechanism and detection principle of the elevator wire rope flaw detector currently put into production on the market,the wire rope with the magnetic flux leakage detection principle as the core is determined.The fault detection method has designed the main technical route.Firstly,according to the structural characteristics of the elevator wire rope,the elevator wire rope fault detection test bench was built,and the elevator wire rope broken wire sample and the simulation defect were made.The magnetic circuit of the exciter is selected as double-circuit excitation,and the magnetic pole arrangement of the double-circuit permanent magnet is simulated to determine the optimal magnetic pole arrangement of the permanent magnet,and the excitation effect of the steel rope is the best;the linear Hall is selected.As a magnetic sensor for detecting the wire rope,the magnetic dummy dipole model is used to simulate the leakage magnetic field of the wire rope,and finally the installation direction of the sensor is determined to be radial installation.Secondly,the multi-channel data acquisition system of elevator wire rope based on LabVIEW is designed.Each wire rope is arranged in the radial direction by 6 sensors.The single sensor outputs the signal independently.The two wire ropes run at the same time,12 channels are simultaneously detected,and the detected data.TDMS data storage format is selected,TDMS data format is suitable for storage of massive high-speed data.Thirdly,the collected wire rope broken signal is denoised.The wavelet denoising method can effectively remove the high frequency noise in the signal.Since the signal is not smooth enough,there are many burrs.This paper choose the moving average method to smooth the signal.Because the traditional moving average filtering window is artificially fixed.The influence and contribution of each signal peak is neglected,it will distort the denoised signal to some extent.Therefore,the weighted improvement of the traditional moving average method,the improved moving average and wavelet denoising combined with the signal denoising process has achieved good results.Finally,because the detection of the number of broken wires is affected by many factors,the damage waveform characteristics of the wire rope are affected by various factors such as the width of the fracture,the depth of the fracture,the shape of the fracture,and the distribution of the broken wire.The damage characteristics are mainly selected from the following factors: wire rope diameter,wire diameter,area under the waveform,wave width,peak value,peak-to-peak value.The BP neural network is used to quantitatively identify the elevator wire rope,and the accuracy rate reaches 96%.
