Design And Research Of Ji'an B&B Under The Demand Of Experience

In recent years,under the background of China's economic transformation and upgrading,rural revitalization and lifestyle reform,the structure,content and value of China's tourism consumption have deepened requirements.As an important carrier for rural revitalization and rural tourism industry development,how to integrate the B&B with the rural tourism industry has become the main planning strategy for the development of the B&B.Nowadays,the lack of personalization and homogenization of the building is serious,lacking a deep understanding of the regional context,how to grasp the customer and market demand more accurately in the transformation of industrial upgrading,and then design a specialization and individualization.The hotel products that conform to the regional culture have become the subject of architectural design strategy in the design of the hotel.Therefore,in this context,this paper takes the design strategy of Ji'an B&B under the “experience demand orientation” as the research object,based on the natural human resources of Ji'an City,and combines the current situation of the development of the hostel in Ji'an to explore the suitable bed and breakfast in Ji'an.New demand,new development of industrial planning strategies and architectural design ideas.The main structure of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the thesis,the development status of domestic and foreign homestays,and proposes the content method and technical route of the research.The second part mainly analyzes An overview of the experience-oriented B&B and a case of domestic excellent B&B are analyzed from the concept of “experience demand”,the connotation of “household of experience demand” and the design content of “household experience”.It mainly analyzes the development of tourism in Ji'an City,the research on the demand of the consumer groups,the survey of the current situation of the homestay in Ji'an,and the planning and positioning of the homestay in Ji'an.It provides design materials and theoretical basis for specific project practice.The fourth part is the key chapter of this thesis.This chapter starts from the four aspects of the design concept,the characteristic experience activity construction,the house renovation and the new design countermeasures of Ji'an City House,and explores the construction plan of the practical project of Ji'an City.Combine the theory of "experience demand" with architectural design techniques and art The design strategy.In general,the “experience demand” design strategy research in this paper advocates the organic combination of the natural and human environment resources,the experience of the hotel and the construction technology of Ji'an City in the context of emphasizing the demand transformation and upgrading.Provide relevant theoretical basis and design method for the related reconstruction and new practice projects in Jilin Province.
