The Optimization Design Research Of The Community Day-care Centers Based On Demand Orientation

Since National 9073 old-age care service system is put forward,our country made every efforts to establish and improve a service system which is based home care,community service and supplementary institution support.The concept of "community care" can combine home care for the aged and community service to the greatest extent.Ensure the life quality of the elderly in their later years and at the same time controlling the cost.This study hopes achieve the following goals:1.To grasp the construction and development status of community day care center in Gusu district of Suzhou city through field investigation.2.Investigate and analyze the basic characteristics of elderly people's demand orientation,hoping to improve the service and environmental construction of community elderly day care centers from the perspective of elderly people's demand and combining the demand-behavior;3.Summarizes the key points of optimal design to meet the needs of the elderly through literature research,investigation,domestic and foreign experience from the aspects of planning,functional configuration,space and so on.It will optimize the current form of community day care center in the Gusu district of Suzhou city and also suggestions for relevant construction standards and norms in Suzhou.This paper is mainly composed of four parts which consists five chapters:the first two chapters explained the aging process in various countries and in China as the first part,as well as the development process of Suzhou community elderly day care center,and explained the theoretical source and inheritance of the needs of the elderly,then picked and analyzed the feature of six excellent examples;Chapter three is the second part which described the field investigation results and analysis of 15 building cases,completed the study of the building;Chapter 4 is the third part.through questionnaire survey and observation of elderly people's behavior and space use,the relationship between buildings and elderly is completed;Chapter five is the last part which discussed optimal design of planning,function,space and other aspects from the building and the needs of the elderly.
