In the history of the development of various countries in the world,the automotive industry has become one of the most large-scale industries that needs to measure the strength and competitiveness of the country,and the industrial chain is quite long.The industry has a high demand for the technical and comprehensive strength of the manufacturers involved.Value added is also higher.At present,it has occupied a major position in various industrial countries.It is no longer limited to the developed countries such as Europe,the United States and Japan.The world's automobile manufacturing industry has also gradually developed into a multipolar development.From 2005 to 2017,global automobile production continued to maintain a steady growth rate of 90 million vehicles on average.Since the Eleventh Five-Year Plan,China has maintained a high rate of growth,with the output of automobiles increasing from 5.7 million in 2005 to 27 million in 2017.With more and more competition in the market,the external environment is unpredictable.If enterprises want to obtain long-term survival and development,they must plan ahead of schedule for future development strategies and directions.Therefore,the importance of developing strategic management to enterprises is becoming more and more prominent.In the current market context,the development of strategic management is of great significance to enterprises.This paper summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge and puts forward his own views according to the actual situation of Aotuolifu.Firstly,starting from the analysis of the industry background and business situation of Aotuolifu's Shanghai management company,and then conducting in-depth research on the current situation and problems of Otto Liv's Shanghai management company,analyze and understand the reasons why the company's inventory is too high and sales are too low.,And from these aspects of internal excavation.Secondly,some improvement measures are put forward to optimize the strategic management of enterprise development.For enterprises to collate,collect and forecast within themselves,through the analysis of historical data and the classification of types,the external environment is divided into four aspects: the policy environment,the economic environment,the social environment,and the technical environment.And the company's own internal environment such as sample selection,data variables,and price residuals are analyzed and elaborated in detail,and SWOT strategic analysis method is used.From the advantages and disadvantages of the company,the opportunities generated and the threats faced by the company,this paper analyzes the internal resources and external environment of Aotuolifu's Shanghai management company,and then effectively formulates the strategic goals of Heshiaotuolifu's Shanghai management company's operation and development.Finally,starting from Aotuolifu's emphasis on talents and investment in R&D,he clarified the goals and directions of the company's development strategy,and at the same time proposed that the company needs to reasonably reduce operating costs.In the four aspects of technology research and development,product positioning,brand marketing and price strategy,and put forward the guarantees needed for the implementation of the development strategy,namely profitability,operational ability,corporate governance ability and product research and development ability.According to the current situation of Aotuolifu management company in Shanghai,the author makes an indicative strategy for its operating ability and marketing ability to help it finally achieve the goal of enterprise development strategy.
