In recent years,with the development of China's economy,it has also brought the development of various industries.The automobile industry is the industry which has developed rapidly after the economic development of our country.As a result,the related industries have also made great progress and changes,which includes the development of the driving school market.With the development of Chinese automobile industry,China driving school training industry has reached a period of rapid development.Because the development of driving school training market is not perfect at present,and the related entry threshold is low,all walks of life have entered the driving school training industry,which leads to the confusion of the industry development and intensifies the vicious competition among various enterprises in the industry.Therefore,how to adapt to the development and change of the market,strengthen the competitive ability of driving schools and seek for new profit growth points in the complex market changes is an important issue that all driving schools need to think about and explore.Haikou Haixing Driving School is representative and can be used for reference in the driving school training industry in the city of Haikou.As a leading driving school training enterprise in Haikou,studying the market competitiveness of Haixing Driving School in Haikou is of representativeness and practical significance It is also helpful to improve the competitiveness of driving school training industry in China.This paper investigates and studies the training quality and market competitiveness of driving schools,and further studies and analyzes the market competitiveness of driving schools using porter's five forces model.By combing the research results of porter's five-force model and combining with the present situation of starfish driving school,this paper discusses the methods and contents of establishing the market competitiveness system of starfish driving school according to the requirements of Porter's five-force model.In order to further study the competitiveness of starfish driving school in Haikou,this paper uses literature research method to do basic theoretical research,questionnaire method to understand the actual situation of the relevant competitiveness indicators,and empirical analysis method Based on the data of relevant competitiveness indicators,the paper finds out the problems in the actual development of the competitiveness of Haikou Haixing driving school and the causes of the problems To propose strategies and methods that can effectively enhance the competitiveness of starfish driving schools in Haikou It includes providing high-quality services to deal with buyers' bargaining power,mergers and acquisitions to deal with the threat of alternatives,enhancing government policy support to deal with suppliers'bargaining power,strengthening communication and cooperation with large contractors to deal with the threat of new entrants,strengthening cooperation with other driving schools to reduce the level of competition in the same industry and realizing market segmentation through grey relational data,and professional management to enhance enterprises' market competition.The author hopes to provide some ideas and suggestions for improving the training quality and market competitiveness of starfish driving school.
