With the development of information technology, This makes the amount of information of data which we face shown as and melt enormously. The technology arising at the historic moment is data mining, but the traditional technology of data mining demonstrates a great deal of deficiencies to the incomplete information system. Rough sets theory is a kind of mathematics solution to disposing inaccurate and incomplete information system. The article combines information entropy with rough sets theory and develop the discretization algorithm based on attributes importance of decision table under the method of Lenarcik.A inspiration. To the incomplete data, we propose the incomplete data analysis algorithm on the basis of Rough sets. To reduction of decision table, this text combines Rough sets, information entropy and fuzzy sets and proposes based on rough sets and fuzzy sets reduction algorithm, and related to calculating positive region, thus reduced the complexity of the algorithm.
