In recent years,China’s rapid economic development,residents’ living standard is increasing day by day,the choice of transport also tend to be comfortable,private cars have increased rapidly in quantity,many urban traffic congestion with each passing day,to a large extent hindered the urban development.Reduce the pressure on urban traffic,urban rail transit development,become the primary task of city development.Subway project generally has a complex construction technology,excavation depth,wide scope,and is located in the traffic,traffic busy area,these characteristics lead to the construction of the subway construction become a high-risk project.In the process of subway construction in the event of accident,not only will increase costs,extend the time limit,will give the country,the people do a lot of negative effects,even directly affect people’s life and property safety,this needs to strengthen in the process of construction of the subway engineering itself and the surrounding environment monitoring,risk prediction,in the subway construction as far as possible to reduce the risk of accidents.In traditional safety monitoring management mode,rely mainly on civil engineering construction unit,however,due to the civil engineering construction units tend to be risk factors in the construction of optimistic,not enough attention,and the civil construction unit of the relative lack of technical strength,and the lack of supervision,fabricated data,forgery and over-reporting often happen,increase the risk of the construction,in this case the third party monitoring mechanism arises at the historic moment..First introduced in 2001 in shenzhen subway third-party monitoring system,and achieved great success,and prove that a third-party monitoring mechanism has strong vitality,promising,then some other cities in rail transit construction successively introduced the third-party monitoring mechanism.Third-party monitoring system has become an important component of urban rail transit construction,and it is of great significance for the application of third-party monitoring technologyThis article mainly carried out the following work:(1)This paper analyzes the development process of third-party monitoring system,introduces the background,purpose and significance,and summarizes the principles,responsibilities and workflow of third-party monitoring work.(2)This paper studies the determination methods of subway foundation pit monitoring grade and scope,monitoring frequency,monitoring project and control index,monitoring and warning indicators.(3)In this paper,the monitoring methods of various measurement items in the foundation pit of rail transit are studied,and some monitoring methods are studied and improved on the basis of the existing monitoring methods,through the way of experiment analysis of temperature effect on concrete strut axial forces.(4)Taking the JiNan metro Jigang Xincun station as an example,combining the various monitoring projects and monitoring data to carry on item and comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors. |
