| The highly skilled persons refer to high-skilled professionals that have good occupational ethics, essential theory knowledge, abundant experience, good operation ability and certain innovation ability, and can solve problems in production practice. They are an important component of our personnel, they plays an irreplaceable important role in accelerating industrial upgrading, enhancing the enterprise competitive power, promoting technological innovation and transforming scientific and technological achievements. At present, machinery class highly skilled persons serious short, it becomes one of the important factors that affecting the sustained and healthy development of China's economy. And, due to the lack of effective guidance, education and training of skilled personnel available hard to promote the rapid growth of machinery class high skilled persons.Skilled personnel issues related to many problems in seven areas, such as training, selection, evaluation, use, incentive, exchanges and protection, the problem of"operation skill's formation"is an important issue in training. This research attempts to classify the factors that influencing the formation of highly skilled persons'operation skills reasonably and analyze them thoroughly, basing correct understand of the concept of highly skilled persons, according to the research achievements specially the positive research achievements, and combining the characteristics of the formation course of machinery class highly skilled persons'operation skills, in order to provide certain reference for who training or studying the machinery class or other classes highly skilled persons.This research includes three parts. The first part mainly elaborated the significance and theory basis of the research, and has carried on the narration and review to the correlation research. The second part has made a classification research about the factors affecting the forming of machinery class high skilled persons'operation skills, using literature methodology; this part is the main body part of this research. The third part has expounded the conclusion of this research, and unified the skill teaching practice to give some suggestions.This research has three innovations: Firstly, it has made a comprehensive analysis and classification research about the factors affecting the forming of machinery class high skilled persons'operation skills; Secondly, it has proposed a cooperation type operation skill study pattern; thirdly, it has proposed an"interaction-skill"pattern and a"reconsidering-skill"pattern. This research obtains conclusions as follows:Firstly, the factors that affecting the formation of machinery class highly skilled persons'operation skills include study condition, study pattern and study strategy;Secondly, the conditions that affecting the formation of machinery class highly skilled persons'operation skills study split to internal conditions and external conditions, internal conditions include physiological mature level, intelligence level, personality characteristics, knowledge and theory, and motivation, external conditions include explanation and demonstration, and feedback;Thirdly, the pattern that affecting the formation of machinery class highly skilled persons'operation skills study is cooperation type operation skill study pattern;Fourthly, the strategies that affecting the formation of machinery class highly skilled persons'operation skills study include practice and reconsidering. |
