Under the trend of global warming,"low carbon"has penetrated into the human settlements under the strain of ecological environment in each region,and has formed certain implementation standards and operating procedures in developed regions.At this stage,the urbanization process with the metropolitan area as the main body has been completed.The secondary urbanization represented by small and medium-sized towns and developed villages is accelerating.The development and construction of non-agricultural villages characterized have become increasingly prominent,and it has formed a fragmented and built-up space block under urban-rural integration with the metropolitan area.It presents the phenomenon of waste of land resources,environmental problems under the transformation of industrial structure,and increasingly obvious modern production and living behaviors in high-carbon urban-rural areas,which has become the core issue of low-carbon control in China and the world in the next stage.This paper takes the communities of developed villages as the research object,highlights the relationship between low carbon management and construction development,and regularly analyzes and divides the communities of developed villages under the environment symbiosis,and the evaluation of the"Production-Life-Ecology" coordination relationship of developed villages,then guides and controls it operationally.In order to solve the high carbon problem in developed villages and towns,it proposes the necessity of low-carbon construction in communities of developed villages,and clarifies the main research objects and scope.Through the logical sequence of research,theoretical review,element identification,evaluation judgment and general provision construction,the core work is carried outfrom the following three aspects.First,through the identification and tracking of carbon veins in the communities,explore the characteristics and causes of high carbon accumulation.Taking" Community Cell " as the basic carbon unit,the carbon map is constructed according to empirical cases in Zhejiang Province,and then the different carbon spatial pattern characteristics of different industry types are summarized.Combined with the parameters such as mixedness of production & housing and carbon emissions per unit area,etc.,the paper quantifies the characteristics of the mixed paradigm of the cell group and combines with the carbon emission intensity to establish the carbon spectrum,which clearly solves the problem of high carbon emissions from the guidance and control of industry type and typification of mixed production and housing.Secondly,based on the carbon spectrum of communities in developed villages,and combined with the existing low-carbon rural community evaluation indicators,it establishes a classified evaluation system for low-carbon communities in developed villages by qualitative-based quantitative method,the low-carbon grades of the developed villages of different industrial types are judged in order to take the follow-up targeted construction methods.Finally,this paper conducts low-carbon construction of communities in developed villages based on development needs and spatial scales.On the one hand,it conducts guidance and control according to the internal development needs of the community.In policy governance,it emphasizes the three main modes of multi-subjects and comprehensively implements low-carbon governance;On the industrial model,it emphasizes industrial energy level renewal and index constraints;In the spatial pattern,it advocates ecology protection and land use optimization;On the building group,its controls layout mode and single construction type.On the other hand,according to the spatial scale,low-carbon community construction is carried out in the form of plans,that is,community level,low-carbonization planning;On the group level,cell-type regulation;On the housing level,building energy-saving regeneration.This paper introduces "Community Cell" as the basic carbon accounting unit.Through the integration of carbon map generation and carbon spectroscopy,it recognizes the organization structure of low-carbon construction of developed villages,which does not only stay at the single factor level,but establishes practical guidelines in practical operation and provides theoretical and practical basis for the construction of low-carbon communities in developed villages.
