| In the economic development of small towns,commercial outlets play an active role in stimulating consumption,connecting production and promoting urban development.In 2018,the urbanization rate of China’s permanent population reached 59.58%.It is about to enter the stage of high-level urbanization.The latter half of urbanization pays attention to "improving quality" and takes the path of fine growth.The individuality of cities and towns needs to be respected,market guidance strengthened,and the flexibility of planning and control increased.As the foundation of urban system,small towns need to adapt to this change actively.The development path has changed from emphasizing the development of industrial economy and infrastructure construction to emphasizing human settlements and cultural tradition in the era of hardware construction.From scale expansion and construction-oriented to ecology-based and smart growth;from physical space to virtual space;from artificial to intelligent;urban "space of flow" gradually replaces "space of place".The bottom energy of small towns is stimulated,which promotes urban development from bottom to top.As a special planning,the commercial network planning should keep pace with the times in the leading thinking,from the traditional top-down supporting network of urban administrative levels to re-examine the various elements of urban development,sort out the development flow,gradually strengthen the planning consciousness of the bottom role,actively adapt to the development context of the people-oriented urban era,highlight the philosophical wisdom of homeopathy.From the bottom-up perspective,based on the analysis of relevant concepts and domestic and foreign research,this paper re-examines the traditional small town commercial network planning and sorts out the existing problems.Through the study of the relevant flow elements to promote the development of small town commercial network,it puts forward "reconstructing 1 system,updating 5 strategies,Innovation 6 points,expand 3 areas" under the flow of thinking of commercial network planning technology framework.This framework constructs a new planning system adapting to the flow-determined planning idea.By sorting out the tangible elements of the outlets,the intangible elements of the outlets,the relationship between flow and land use,humanistic strengthening of commercial services,hierarchical overall planning of retail outlets and flow,it highlights the characteristics of cities and towns.Combining with the study of the spatial characteristics of commercial outlets under the influence of "flow",it studies the spatial characteristics of commercial centers and commercial streets(districts),Business circle,market,community business and"micro"business five levels summarized the planning strategy,and in the form of"business+"combined with tourism,transportation,park business outlet expansion research.Through this framework,the complex content of small town commercial network is sorted out and clarified.Based on the activity"flow"element,the application of floworiented commercial network planning technology aims to enrich the level of small town commercial network,cover more service elements and integrate flexible mechanism.At the same time,combining with the thermal space of town,the layout of commercial network is rationally optimized,so that the commercial network can be matched.It can base itself on the long-term,adapt to the development with people’s texts,strengthen commerce with town characteristics,and make the commercial outlets of small towns more vitality.Finally,the paper introduces the example of Miyi County’s commercial network planning,simulates the framework of the commercial network system constructed in the preceding part,and carries out the practice of the planning strategy explored in the preceding part. |
