Reserach On Training System Of Chengdu Metro Station Staff

With the gradual promotion of China's subway projects,more and more cities have laid the subway line,and the subway is widely recognized by its safe and reliable operation mode and the characteristics of fast transportation.Chengdu as one of the most important city in China also conducted the Chengdu subway construction project,because of large population,large area,so the construction within the scope of Chengdu subway project size is relatively large,so as to ensure that the Chengdu subway and services for the entire Chengdu people's lives.With the increase of Chengdu subway line,Metro management tasks have increased,the corresponding station staff demand will continue to increase.Again good also cannot do without personnel management,so to the Chengdu metro project,to build a high-quality,high civilization,high standards of the station staff,and the establishment of such station staff is achieved through effective training measures.Chengdu subway is undertaking the operation task of Chengdu rail transit and is an important enterprise of public transportation security.With the continuous growth of the operating lines,the employees of the enterprises have increased year by year,and the proportion of the staff in the grass-roots line has increased significantly.The grass-roots staff directly undertake a specific line of operation and production tasks,and the training of employees has become the strategic work of the enterprise.On the basis of the research and practice of staff training at home and abroad,this paper studies the following aspects of Chengdu subway staff training.The author has completed the analysis of Chengdu Metro grass-roots staff training situation,the Hongkong subway and the Moscow subway as the research object,mainly introduces the experience of the domestic and foreign different city rail transportation enterprises employee training practice,finally from the training needs analysis,training goals,making training plan,training plan and training feedback five aspects in detail,the establishment of the Chengdu subway staff training system.
