China-Laos railway is an important part of the middle line of the Trans-Asian Railway.The implementation of the "Belt and Road" strategy has brought new developments between China and Laos.At present,China's railway international intermodal transport has certain development advantages at the technical and equipment level,but the management system and logistics development mode still follow the traditional way.With the arrival of the golden age of transportation development in China,seizing the opportunity to choose the target market and cargo source organization policy will become one of the important ways to get into the "Belt and Road" construction.This paper takes the China-Laos railway and its areas as the object,mainly studied the following three aspects:(1)In order to grasp the freight market of China-Laos railway,it is necessary to forecast the demand of highway and railway freight market after the opening of China-Laos railway in the future.Considering the rationality of the influencing factors of the freight owner's choice of transportation mode,combined with the relevant principles of index selection,the evaluation index system is established by selecting cost factor,time factor,capacity factor and service quality factor.Then the Logit model is used to calculate the freight volume sharing rate of China-Laos railway.(2)Based on the analysis of the regional freight market and socio-economic characteristics of the existing China-Lao railway research,the target market positioning is put forward,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to divide two criterion layers and sixteen scheme layers.To establish an evaluation index system for the import and export market of China-Laos railway.The indexes are analyzed and selected by perfecting the LSQ model and SERVQUAL model at present,and the fuzzy synthesis method is introduced to obtain the weight of each index.Finally,the evaluation model is established to prove the rationality of the results of the target market analysis.(3)According to the characteristics of international multimodal transport source organization mode,this paper makes SWOT analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of three different logistics modes: self-management logistics,whole process logistics and logistics alliance.This paper puts forward the organization scheme of freight transportation.According to the analysis of the transportation demand trend and the analysis of the characteristics of cargo source in the service area,this paper puts forward the freight product design orientation and cargo source organization strategy of China-Laos railway.
