Research On Maintenance Technology Of China-laos Railway

Laos is the only landlocked country in Southeast Asia.Although it is a developing country,its economy is underdeveloped,and its technology and industry are relatively backward.As is known to all,railway,as one of the main means of transportation,plays a pivotal role in economic development and people's livelihood of any country.Since 2013,when China proposed to jointly build the silk road economic belt with central Asian countries,China and Laos have strengthened cooperation under the great initiative of "One Belt And One Road".Among them,the China-Laos railway has not only enhanced the economic and trade exchanges between the two countries,but also improved the relatively backward transportation infrastructure in Laos,thus promoting the economic construction and development of Laos.It plays an important role in the Pan-Asian railway network.The normal operation of Laos' transportation work is inseparable with the railway.In the continuous progress of The Times,the requirements on the railway have also been improved,not only to ensure the safety of transportation,but also to improve the smoothness of the railway,which requires the railway maintenance and maintenance work to be strengthened.The ChinaLaos railway project is a long-term development plan of the country.In addition to the construction research,the analysis and research focusing on the maintenance after railway operation should also be carried out.This paper compares the advanced maintenance and management technologies of other countries comprehensively,and systematically analyzes the line maintenance and management system suitable for the China-Laos railway from the actual situation.According to the operation characteristics and maintenance needs of China's middle and old railways,this paper studies railway management system,railway on-line monitoring and railway maintenance prevention and maintenance.The requirements for railway are not limited to the safety of transportation,but also the better smoothness of railway,which requires the railway maintenance and maintenance work to be strengthened.First of all,our comprehensive analysis of China,the United States,Japan and other countries line maintenance management system,combining with Laos railway Laos was more than the present situation of the complex terrain and Laos mountain lake,and the characteristics of the multi-ethnic populated,chose in economy,national conditions and consistent in such aspects as the natural environment of China railway maintenance management system,at the same time stressed the importance of equipment testing for line maintenance,puts forward the "strict inspection,repair carefully" the execution of the principle.Secondly,this paper discusses the railway maintenance management system,the railway repair standard,the railway detection and monitoring technology and the common problems.The results show that the risk management of railway maintenance should be divided into five aspects: people,equipment,technology,management and environment.For the safety and stability of train operation,it is necessary to ensure the safety and reliability of railway track structure and increase the service life of the track.At the same time,intelligent and stable static detection and dynamic monitoring methods with Laotian characteristics are constructed,and the common diseases of railway track structures are analyzed.Finally,the disease prevention and repair of railway track,turnout and roadbed are studied respectively,and the prevention and repair methods of china-Laos railway diseases are systematically put forward,providing important reference value for railway construction and development in Laos.
