With the improvement of the popularity of automobile,the auto parts industry has been further developed.Auto makers of the world and component suppliers want to have a place in the Chinese market for high profits and the requirement for quality is the first,which is the core competitiveness of the enterprise.In order to stay competitive,auto parts companies must strictly control the production process and strive to achieve zero complaints and zero rework.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and theoretical significance to study the production quality of auto parts.Six sigma is a scientific,systematic quality management tool for continuous quality improvement following the five steps of Define,Measure,Analyze,Improve,and Control.The quality management of six sigma has the quality of excel ence,and the defects in the mil ion units are not more than 3.4,and it has gradually become the most important strategic move for enterprises worldwide.This thesis takes V company's automobile air conditioning production project quality management as an example to find out the quality problems that need to be solved in the current production in combination with the actual production situation.This paper adopts six sigma theory,namely DMAIC process,to solve the quality problem of air conditioning production of auto parts.To identify customers' needs by defining the process,define the six sigma project improvement objectives.Then the company's measurement system is analyzed,the process capability is determined,and the cause and effect diagram and brainstorming method are used to find all the factors that influence the quality of the research.Then,we use FMEA to select the key factors and verify them.In the improvement phase,we use the design of experiment to analyze and design the improvement plan.The final stage is to control the improved results,to achieve continuous improvement of quality.After improvement,Cpk has been upgraded to 1.41,which meets customer needs,reduces the cost of production,and promotes the benefit and competitiveness of enterprises.
