Research On Stock Control Of Auto Parts In SX Company

Auto parts manufacturing enterprises are located in the middle of the entire auto supply chain,and inventory control plays a very important role in its management and operation.As market competition intensifies,strengthening inventory management and control becomes the key to reduce production and operation costs,to improve customer service level and increase economic benefits of enterprises.In this paper,the inventory control of auto parts is taken as the research object.The domestic and foreign literatures are systematically reviewed,and the relevant theories and concepts are clarified.Taking SX Company as an example,through analyzing the current situation of inventory control in SX Company,the main problems in the inventory control process are pointed out,including lack of accuracy in demand forecast,unreasonable inventory classification management and lack of reasonable inventory ordering strategy.After that,the company's inventory control is specifically optimized for these problems.In this paper,the inventory is classified according to the two factors of inventory capital possession and demand frequency.According to their respective characteristics,the inventory is finally classified into three types,and then different ordering strategies are respectively selected: Class I inventory is selected with fixed-point quantitative continuous inventory check(Q,R)ordering strategy,Class II inventory is selected with periodic inventory check(T,S)ordering strategy,and Class III inventory is selected with periodic fixed-point maximum inventory(T,R,S)ordering strategy.In order to solve the problem of lack of accuracy in demand forecast,SPSS software is used to estimate the regression curve of historical sales data and time series analysis,and ARIMA model method are used to analyze the data to obtain the best forecast result.With the above research methods,the inventory control optimization of SX Company has been realized,which also provides reference for other related automobile enterprises.
