In modern enterprise management,inventory management occupies a very important position,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on enterprise inventory management.Especially for enterprises whose main means of profit are product sales,the number and variety of products are large,and the number of customers they face is large.The level of inventory management usually greatly affects the overall operation effect of the company and the actual development level of the enterprise.How to improve the inventory management of enterprises is of great significance to the development of enterprises,which is the key to the stable development of enterprises.In this paper,the research of the selected object is shenyang branch SJQC roof decoration company,according to the SJQC roof decoration company in shenyang branch of the actual situation of inventory management through in-depth research and analysis of the current SJQC roof decoration company in shenyang branch inventory management the main problems and reasons,and using the basic theory of knowledge,so as to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper mainly analyzes the problems of inventory management in SJQC roof trim company shenyang branch from three aspects: turnover inventory,safety inventory and excess inventory.The problems of working stock include inaccurate demand forecast,unscientific management of stock and plan;The problems of safety inventory include the uncertainty of supply cycle and the imperfection of supplier management.The problems in excess inventory include poor quantity control of non-standard products and inaccurate quantity control of low-volume products.Based on the problems in three aspects,the paper analyzes the causes of the problems,including the low accuracy of demand forecasting,the long procurement time in advance,the lack of a perfect inventory management system,and the poor coordination of supply chain.The first is the solution to the turnover inventory: optimize the demand forecasting process,formulate the specific implementation rules of the demand forecasting;The second is the solution of safety inventory: establish local production,improve the managementof suppliers;Third,the solution to the excess inventory: pay attention to the management of non-standard products,regularly trim the inventory,to fundamentally improve the inventory management of SJQC car roof decoration company shenyang branch actual problems.
