| In recent years,China’s railway industry,especially high-speed rail construction is booming.China’s high-speed railway has become an important symbol of China’s going out strategy.Electrical equipment is the core equipment of railway system modernization,and the demands on its reliability are constantly improving.The railway relay is a special multi-way switch device in the electrical equipment,and its function is to realize the automatically on-off of the equipment in the railway system.It is of great significance to study the contact system to improve the reliability of the railway relay because that the contact performance of the railway relay is directly related to whether the relay is reliable.Aiming at the core of contact system,this paper studies the parameters detection of railway relay and the morphological changes of contacts.Firstly,the electrical parameters detection system’s functional requirements of the railway relay were analyzed.The conceptual design of the detection system was confirmed and the hardware circuit was established.On this basis,the calculation of the time parameters and the function of application software were realized.Secondly,the railway relay electric life testing was taken out.The related electrical parameters of the relay,the three-dimensional topography parameters of the contact,and the SEM and EDS analysis data were collected.The reasons of the changes of contact appearance were analyzed from arc erosion and chemical erosion aspects.Thirdly,the correlation between the three-dimensional parameters of the dynamic and static contact surface and the contact morphology was analyzed by gray correlation method.The relational degree between the three-dimensional parameters and the three electrical parameters,such as contact resistance,over-travel time and touch time,was studied.Finally,with the contact performance as the top layer and the three electrical parameters as the middle layer,the three-dimensional topography parameter as the lowest layer,the weight relation model was established by multi-level analysis method,which reflects the weight of each three-dimensional parameter in the evaluation of the contact performance of the relay.New ideas are provided for the study of contact property of relay. |
